Muavvezeteyn (Felak ve Nas) sureleri nazil olunca bu iki sureyi esas aldı, diğerlerini terk etti.”Diğer bir hadis-i şerifte Hz. Aişe (na) validemiz şöyle demiştin “Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v), yatağına girdiği zaman, ellerine üfleyip Muavvezeteyn’i ve İhffis-ı Şerif’i okur, ellerini yüzüne ve vücuduna sürer ve bunu üç kere tekrar ederdi. Hastalandığı zaman aynı şeyi kendisine yapmam’ emrederdi.”
