Ebu Said el-Hudri (r.a)’den rivayet edilen hadis-i şeritte Ebu Said el Hudri (na) şöyle demektedir. “Resulullah (s.a.v) hastalandığı bir sırada Cibril (a.s) gelip, ‘Ey Muhammed hasta mısın?’ diye sordu. Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v): ‘Evet’ cevabını verince Cibril (a,s) Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v)’e şu duayı okudu. ‘Seni Allah’ın adıyla, sana ceza veren bütün hastalıklara karşı, bütün kötü nefis ve hasetçi gözlere karşı okuyorum. Allah sana Şifa versin, ben Allah’ın adıyla sana dua ediyorum.”‘
